- I saw the Hammock tie in a store in Santa Fe - the picture on the website looks quite a bit lighter than the one I saw in the store. Since it’s for a wedding I want the darker coloring. Is there a Dallas store selling your ties where I could buy the tie? I can send you the pic I have if there’s a way to attach it.

- I received four orders at one time, and all four ribbons/"wax" seal were open. Not attached. There is nothing wrong with the items, it's just a disappointing look when I received the nicely wrapped packages.
- Our sincerest apologies the wax seal on the grey paper outside our pine box was opened during shipping. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our Fulfillment department is looking into resolving this issue. We want to be sure all packaging arrives to the customer exactly as packaged when it leaves our Production studio. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
- My question is a little out of the box so please don't be offended. I am with the South Carolina Tourism Department and a group of ladies and gentlemen are going to U.S. Travel Association's 2021 ESTO Convention in Los Angeles, CA. We would like all representative from SC to wear SC-made apparel. Your bow ties are unbelievable would like to purchase some. However, being a state agency it would be hard to justify the price since the question. Is there any kind of a discount for an order of 6 to 8?
