The Opportunity
Our Operations team is seeking an energetic Production Associate who thrives on handling multiple production activities for our men's and women's luxury feather and jewelry products. The Brackish brand is accentuated by our unique packaging and boxing of finished pieces. In this role. your primary task revolves around preparing our unique inserts, burlap pouches and branded boxes, and then boxing orders for fulfillment.
You will also be exposed to current quality control procedures and our data systems for order fulfillment and closing. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on skills in a fast-paced operations environment.
Skills You Will Need
- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility, factory, or warehouse environment preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Physical ability to lift up to thirty pounds and sit and/or stand for extended periods
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in an industrial environment.
