ARTISAN
Ready to put your creative skills to work in a luxury men's and women's accessories company?
As an Artisan, you will handcraft high quality men’s feather bowties, cufflinks, pins, pocketsquares and women’s feather bracelets, earrings and pendants. Training, guidelines, and in-house resources help you to ensure product efficacy, quality, and production efficiency. This isa Monday-Friday daytime role.
What You Will Do
- Produce high quality men’s and women’s nature inspired, feather apparel accessories following company quality standards and productions guidelines.
- Work with Training and Quality personnel to fully understand design standards and
quality benchmarks. - Complete production requirements per the Artisan Time Assignments (ATA) in a time efficient manner while minimizing waste and maximizing quality.
- Continually evolve artistic skills and abilities to produce new seasonal offerings of both men’s and women’s lines.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance feather selection, design and style.

FEATHER TEAM MEMBER
Our Feather Team Members are responsible for stripping, sorting, and kitting feathers for
production. You should be able to take instruction and maintain a clean and organized
workspace. The position requires sitting for most of your workday and completing your task at a steady, productive pace. Independent and collaborative teamwork are both essential for success.
What You Will Do
- Full time, 40- hour week, Monday - Friday
