LOGISTICS ASSOCIATE
Position Overview
Looking for a role where you have real impact and can make a difference? The Logistics Associate serves as a key contributor to the company’s outbound shipping operations for customers across the United States. This Monday- Friday daytime position is responsible for accurate order fulfillment, packaging, adhering to compliances and completion of shipping documentation to ensure timely delivery and exceptional customer experience.
What You Will Do
- Pull and process customer orders from Shopify, wholesale, direct, wedding, and corporate channels
verifying accuracy against customer specifications. - Use ERP and 3PL partners to run reports, organize orders and create advance fulfillment plans, ensuring orders are pulled, packed, and shipped to meet delivery deadlines.
- Maintain and monitor pre-order timelines (two weeks, one week, and one day prior to release dates).
- Partner with the Logistics Manager to prioritize and expedite retail and direct-to-consumer orders.
- Communicate with the Production team regarding rush items to ensure on-time shipments.
- Fulfill special customer requests, including gift wrapping, note cards, and other add-ons.
- Prepare and pack supply shipments for out-of-state artisan partners.
- Generate shipping labels, verify package weights, and complete required shipping documentation for domestic and international shipments.
- Assist in inventory control and accuracy across all sales channels.
- Collaborate with the Logistics Manager and Sales Team to enhance customer experience and improve fulfillment processes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping workspace.
Education
Minimum: high school diploma or equivalent
Preferred: associate or bachelor's degree
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Systems-savvy; experience with SAP or ERP inventory management systems preferred
- Previous shipping and logistics experience in a manufacturing environment
- Dependable problem-solver and self-starter
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and rapidly changing work environment
- Hands-on/dynamic team player
- Ability to safely lift to fifty pounds
- Experienced advocate for continuous improvement

PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE
The Opportunity
Our Operations team is seeking an energetic Production Associate who thrives on handling multiple production activities for our men's and women's luxury feather and jewelry products. The Brackish brand is accentuated by our unique packaging and boxing of finished pieces. In this role. your primary task revolves around preparing our unique inserts, burlap pouches and branded boxes, and then boxing orders for fulfillment.
You will also be exposed to current quality control procedures and our data systems for order fulfillment and closing. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on skills in a fast-paced operations environment.
Skills You Will Need
- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility, factory, or warehouse environment preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Physical ability to lift up to thirty pounds and sit and/or stand for extended periods
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in an industrial environment.
