Our Return & Exchange Policy
Standard Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 30 day return and exchange policy from the date of purchase on all orders purchased directly from Brackish. No exceptions. All returns must be approved by our Quality Control Department before a refund can be issued. If the product shows signs of wear, we cannot issue a return. Refunds on shipping costs, gift wrapping, promotional items or box engraving are not available. Unfortunately, because of customs and tariff issues, Brackish cannot provide complimentary return shipping for international orders. Nonetheless, we will be happy to work with you to find an efficient way of returning the product. If an international order is returned and duties and/or fees are due at the time of delivery, this will be deducted from the refund amount.
