"I just received my new beautiful Shannon cuff bracelet and I was amazed at how much I loved it. First of all, the customer service is outstanding. I placed my order one morning and I had my bracelet the very next day. It was packaged securely inside a sueded fabric jewelry bag which was inside one of their beautiful wooden jewelry boxes. The wooden box was wrapped in paper and then shipped in a shipping box. There was also a very nice little note thanking me for my purchase along with care instructions for the bracelet. The attention to details was beyond expectations. Most importantly is the bracelet itself. It is absolutely gorgeous and very high quality. The colors are vibrant and hardware is very sturdy. It can be dressed up or down. I plan to wear it frequently. I loved it so much, I ordered another cuff in a different color way plus a pair of matching earrings. I haven’t received them yet but look forward to another great purchase. Already have my eye on several other pieces for future orders. This is a great company that takes pride in the workmanship!"
