ADD GIFT YOUR CART
Once the order minimum is met, the complimentary gift will automatically pop up prompting you to add to your cart. Select 'Add to Cart' on the pop-up to claim your gift.
PROCEED TO CHECKOUT
Once your complimentary gift is in your cart, you're ready to check out. Proceed through the checkout process as usual, and place your order.
MAKERS MONDAY FAQS
On Monday, December 1st, from 8:00am to 11:00pm EST, all orders of $225+ will automatically qualify for a complimentary gift. Once your cart reaches the order minimum, you will receive a pop-up prompt to add the gift to your cart. Once you select 'Add to Cart' on the pop-up, continue to your cart. If you do not see the gift, refresh your screen and it will display (certain browsers may experience a slight delay). Once you see the gift in your cart, proceed to checkout as usual. Your complimentary gift will then display at checkout.
Complimentary gifts will not be available before or after these times, and each specific gift will only be fulfilled during the scheduled time listed above.
Each complimentary gift will be packaged in the same box with the Brackish product, and the full order will ship to the address provided at checkout. Complimentary gifts cannot be shipped to a separate address.
Due to the volume of orders we receive on Makers Monday, we are unable to offer gift wrapping on complimentary gifts. However, we are more than happy to gift wrap your Brackish product for an additional $8 or $12 - dependent upon piece purchased. This option can be selected on the Brackish product page.
International duties and fees are not included in the cost of shipping and will be subject to pay upon receipt of your order.
Any purchase made on our website or in our Charleston, SC showroom on Makers Monday will be eligible for returns/exchanges until January 31, 2026. If any Makers Monday order is returned, please include the complimentary gift in the return package or have the retail cost of the gift deducted from your refund.
