The Story

This cummerbund design was named after Bostic Pond where Carew Rice was born, south of Allendale, South Carolina. Carew Rice was best known for his silhouette art, which we honor with our Carew and Rice bow ties.

Packaging

  • Each cummerbund arrives in a hand-branded, pine box.
  • A list of the feathers used and instructions on how to care for your cummerbund are included.
  • To maintain an optimal look, store your Brackish cummerbund in its box and avoid contact with water, creams and sprays.

Made in Charleston

All Brackish accessories are handcrafted in Charleston, S.C. and take between 4-5 hours to complete. Every feather is hand selected by our artisans, making no two pieces exactly alike.

Brackish Care Committment

We pride ourselves on our work, so we stand behind our products. Brackish Care Commitment protects the feather designs so if the feathers lose their integrity (fray, lift up, etc) we ensure to repair your piece once registered.
