The Story
In celebration of our ten year anniversary, we are taking a moment to reflect on the past, relish in the present, and look toward the future. To honor the growth of the brand we have chosen to name many of our women's pieces the word for 'ten' in languages from around the world.
This polka dot pendant necklace is named after the Tahitian word "ahuru." Tahitian is a Polynesian language spoken mainly on the Society Islands of French Polynesia. As Tahitian had no written tradition in its origination, the spoken language was first transcribed in the early 19th century by missionaries.
